Name :
Recombinant Human IGF1R protein, His-Avi-tagged

Specification :
| Description : IGF-I receptor is a disulfide-linked heterotetrameric transmembrane protein consisting of two alpha and two beta subunits. Both the alpha and beta subunits are encoded within a single receptor precursor cDNA. Binds IGF1 with high affinity and IGF2 and insulin (INS) with a lower affinity. The activated IGF1R is involved in cell growth and survival control. IGF1R is crucial for tumor transformation and survival of malignant cell. Ligand binding activates the receptor kinase, leading to receptor autophosphorylation, and tyrosines phosphorylation of multiple substrates, that function as signaling adapter proteins including, the insulin-receptor substrates (IRS1/2), Shc and 14-3-3 proteins. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : His-Avi | Form : Supplied as 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). | Molecular Mass : The Protein has a calculated MW of 81 kDa (alpha subunit) and 23 kDa (beta subunit) .As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-120kDa(alpha subunit) and 52-55KDa(beta subunit) based on Bis-Tris PAGE. | Protein length : It contains Met1-Asn932 . | Endotoxin : Less than 0.01EU per ug by the LAL method. | Purity : > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE; > 95% as determined by HPLC | Storage : The product should be stored at -70°C. Please do not repeated freeze-thaw cycles. | Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
