Name :
Recombinant Human IL18R1 Protein, Fc/His-tagged
Specification :
| Description : The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin 1 receptor family. This receptor specifically binds interleukin 18 (IL18), and is essential for IL18 mediated signal transduction. IFN-alpha and IL12 are reported to induce the expression of this receptor in NK and T cells. This gene along with four other members of the interleukin 1 receptor family, including IL1R2, IL1R1, ILRL2 (IL-1Rrp2), and IL1RL1 (T1/ST2), form a gene cluster on chromosome 2q. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : Fc/His | Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5 % trehalose, 5 % mannitol. | Protein length : Glu20-Arg329 | Endotoxin : | Purity : > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE | Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC. | Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. | Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
