Name :
Recombinant Human IL3RA Protein, Fc-tagged, Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated

Specification :
| Description : The protein encoded by this gene is an interleukin 3 specific subunit of a heterodimeric cytokine receptor. The receptor is comprised of a ligand specific alpha subunit and a signal transducing beta subunit shared by the receptors for interleukin 3 (IL3), colony stimulating factor 2 (CSF2/GM-CSF), and interleukin 5 (IL5). The binding of this protein to IL3 depends on the beta subunit. The beta subunit is activated by the ligand binding, and is required for the biological activities of IL3. This gene and the gene encoding the colony stimulating factor 2 receptor alpha chain (CSF2RA) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a X-Y pseudoautosomal region on chromosomes X or Y. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : Fc | Form : Lyophilized | N-terminal Sequence Analysis : TKEDPNPPITNLRMKAKAQQLTWDL NRNVTDIECVKDADY SMPAVNNSYCQFGAISLCEVTNYTV RVANPPFSTWILF PENSGKPWAGAENLTCWIHDVDFLS CSWAVGPGAPADV QYDLYLNVANRRQQYECLHYKTDAQ GTRIGCRFDDISR LSSGSQSSHILVRGRSAAFGIPCTD KFVVFSQIEILTP PNMTAKCNKTHSFMHWKMRSHFNRK FRYELQIQKRMQPVITEQVRDRTSF QLLNPGTYTVQIRARERVYEFLSAW STP QRFECDQEEGANTRGGRVDGIQWIP KVDKKVEPKSCDK THTCPPCPAPELLGGPSVFLFPPKP KDTLMISRTPEVT CVVVDVSHEDPEVKFNWYVDGVEVH NAKTKPREEQYNS TYRVVSVLTVLHQDWLNGKEYKCRV SNKALPAPIEKTI SKAKGQPREPQVYTLPPSRDELTKN QVSLTCLVKGFYPSDIAVEWESNGQ PENNYKTTPPVLDSDGSFFLYSKLT VDK SRWQQGNVFSCSVMHEALHNHYTQK SLSLSPGK | Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE | Characteristic : Disulfide-linked homodimerLabeled with Alexa Fluor 555 via aminesWith an excitation and emission maximum of 555/565 nm, Alexa Fluor 555 can be efficiently excited using a 543 nm He-Ne laser line and detected under standard TRITC/Cy3 filters. | Storage : Store at +4 centigrade. | Storage Buffer : 10% Trehalose, 1% Human serum albumin | Reconstitution : It is recommended that 0.5 mL of sterile phosphate-buffered saline be added to the vial.
