Name :
Recombinant Human IL9R Protein, His-tagged

Specification :
| Description : The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor that specifically mediates the biological effects of interleukin 9 (IL9). The functional IL9 receptor complex requires this protein as well as the interleukin 2 receptor, gamma (IL2RG), a common gamma subunit shared by the receptors of many different cytokines. The ligand binding of this receptor leads to the activation of various JAK kinases and STAT proteins, which connect to different biologic responses. This gene is located at the pseudoautosomal regions of X and Y chromosomes. Genetic studies suggested an association of this gene with the development of asthma. Multiple pseudogenes on chromosome 9, 10, 16, and 18 have been described. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. | Source : E. coli | Species : Human | Tag : N-His | Form : Freeze-dried powder | Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Mass: 29.7 kDaAccurate Molecular Mass: 30 kDa | Protein length : Ser41-Pro270 | Endotoxin : | Purity : > 90% | Applications : Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB. | Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. | Storage : Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8 centigrade for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 centigrade for 12 months. | Storage Buffer : PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. | Reconstitution : Reconstitute in PBS or others.
