Name :
Recombinant Human IL7R Protein (ECD), Fc-His-tagged(C-ter)

Specification :
| Description : The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 7 (IL7). The function of this receptor requires the interleukin 2 receptor, gamma chain (IL2RG), which is a common gamma chain shared by the receptors of various cytokines, including interleukins 2, 4, 7, 9, and 15. This protein has been shown to play a critical role in V(D)J recombination during lymphocyte development. Defects in this gene may be associated with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015] | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : Fc-His(C-ter) | Form : Powder | Protein Length : Glu21-Gly236 | Endotoxin : Endotoxin level is less than 1.0 EU/μg of the protein, as determined by the LAL test. | Purity : > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) | Applications : Binding, SDS-PAGE | Notes : For laboratory research only, not for drug, diagnostic or other use. | Storage : Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20°C or -80°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C for up to one month, at 2-8°C for up to one week. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Suggest spin the vial prior to opening. | Storage Buffer : PBS (pH 7.4) | Reconstitution : Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml in sterile distilled water.
