Background: Mutarotase catalyzes the conversion, by mutarotation, of beta D galactose to alpha D galactose during normal galactose metabolism. It is also active on D glucose, L arabinose, D xylose, maltose and lactose.

Storage: Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.This antibody is stable for one month
